What is Prenatal Yoga?
This class is limited to pregnant women.  It is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.  Please confirm with your provider that prenatal yoga is a good choice for you. 

How much experience do I need?
Whether or not you have practiced yoga before, you will enjoy making friends with other pregnant women, stretching and strengthening your body, and learning more about labor, birth, and motherhood. 

What do I bring?
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely, prepare to be barefoot, bring a hair tie if you have long hair.  Please bring water. Mats are available to borrow, but if you have your own please bring it with you.

Designed for moms and/or dads, partners, grandparents, nannies, etc.  This class is tailored towards the needs of the postpartum body and other common ailments partners and caregivers experience while caring for a baby.  Enjoy interactive poses with your baby, engage with a supportive, inclusive community, and share and receive support in your postpartum journey.  Ideal for moms and partners/caregivers with babies ages 6 weeks - 9mo (or crawling)

Mom & Me Level 2 is a dynamic yoga class crafted for parents, caregivers, and their active babies aged 6 months to new walkers. Dive into interactive yoga poses tailored for little movers, fostering bonding moments and exploration in a supportive community. Join us for a unique blend of gentle movement for caregivers and engaging activities for babies, creating an inclusive space to embrace this exciting phase of your baby's growth while connecting with others on a similar journey.

The Mama Community Circle is a place to land and find other parents that are learning how to navigate the job of Parent. We will meet once a week for an hour. It will be a place where we hold space for each other, talk about relevant new parent topics, & share tips and tricks.

Come join us & find other mamas to chat with, build play group connections, share the hard things, give & receive love and kindness.
